Soon as I realised I quit immediately. When I went into the directory where my saves are, I saw the 1.save and 1.save.upload were older than 2.save and 2.save.upload. I moved 1.save and 1.save.upload to somewhere else, and renamed the 2.save files to 1.save and my progress was back to where I'd last saved. 1.

2.save.upload. one is an auto save the other is a user created save point, the other ones are upload files that save to the cloud ,and it will always make those .upload files even if you shut off the cloud save option in Uplay settings.
Today I decide to do the new game+ on Far Cry 5 after finishing the game. After playing a bit of it I realised I couldn't access my old save file that I put 100 hours into. Now I cannot access this save file and I wanted to know how to play my old file. Im on Xbox Series X. Vote. 0.
I only ever had this version of Far cry 4 "Far Cry 4 v1.10 + All DLCs repack Mr DJ" and it was working perfectly fine before windows re-install. I re installed the same game from the same torrent after the windows re-install. I made a copy of my "bin" folder before i re-installed because i thought this was where all the save games were.
One of which occurs like 15 mins into the game :/. If all the other Ubisoft games taught them anything, people won't revolt at 1 save slot. Next time they might make it 0 because who needs saving, people want micro-transactions to fully unlock games in a single go, you no longer need to play. It's totally stupid.
