We recently bought a brand-new Lenovo Ideapad Slim 3 for my daughter's online class. I noticed that it charges very fast (fully charged after less than 2 hours, battery was at 10% initially) but the battery drains very quickly. It only lasted for 4 hours (3 hours online class and 1 hour watching YouTube).

My Forerunner 935 (with more or less the same 20.00 firmware version) is over 3 years old and battery life is about half wat it used to be. But that's for quite some time now. I thing at least since 13.xx. Either Garmin uses lousy batteries (normally after 500 charge cycles there should be 80% batterylife left)
My battery is down to 83% from when I fully charged it yesterday. After I charged it, the update pushed through. When I went to sleep I was at 92%. I use a factory clock, and havenโ€™t used gps outside in a couple days. I was out in the sun for 10 hours today, if anything, that probably slowed the power draw down. my goes to around 8 days, for example, 12% for the last 24h ( including 70min run with GPS and 30min strength workout ) Yes, exactly. I really donโ€™t get the complaints about battery drain. It is highly dependent on how you use your watch. 7-8% sounds absolutely reasonable. I get about 8% with 3hours of gps runs a week.

Well, a year and more has passed since then and Garmin has only just this week decided to release a specific beta firmware to enable logging of battery drain for the Fenix 6, MARQ and Enduro watches. If there is no battery problem then why log it? Here is the latest beta firmware if you want to try it. Fenix 6 beta firmware; Enduro beta firmware
This morning when I woke up my Fenix 6 Pro was at 84% at 7:30 AM - I cycled into town to get some groceries and used about 1 hour of GPS. Suddenly at 10:45AM the battery is at 66% and draining rapidly. I always have Bluetooth off (I hate notifications), and I don't use an apps, CIQ or 3rd party watch faces. I've not used any music.
I recently bought an used Fenix 6s Pro Solar and I noticed that the battery drains very quick (around 3% per hour). I tried to do the following but didn't help: - update to the latest version - hard reset - disable wifi - disable bluetooth
